A few weeks ago I photographed Fletcher at the ripe old age of 1 week! What a tiny, gorgeous little newborn he was. If you don't know my photography, I will explain, that I have a very natural, documentary approach. I love traveling to clients homes, so they can stay in their own familiar environment. I cover Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas. I particularly love early morning sessions, especially in winter when the light is so beautiful and lends itself to dramatic images. It was't too cold on this Sunday morning. As with all my sessions I photography the whole family.
When Fletcher didn't have a dummy, he spent a lot of time trying to put his fingers in his mouth. He was definitely happier with something in there! He was so cute. (He reminded me of my daughter who ended up sucking two of her fingers for at least 8 years). I am so happy I could capture this for his Mum and Dad. He may have now either succeeded or stopped trying. With babies and little children, moments start and finish before you know it! I hope you enjoy these images, thanks for stopping by.
I photograph both newborns and families in my documentary style. Head on over to my Portfolio of images to see more of my work.
