The Vietnamese Precinct

Feeling inspired after a photojournalism workshop at a recent conference, a friend and I decided to hit the streets and take some photos. We decided to head on out to Inala which is full of Vietnamese culture.  I felt quite conspicuous really with a camera around my neck, I think everyone probably thought we were a bit strange.  I tried to capture a feel for the culture which is prevalent in this precinct.  If you ever want to cook yourself a traditional Vietnamese meal this is the place to shop.  It is also worth hanging around for lunch - you can get yourself a fantastic bowl of the Vietnamese soup - Pho.
